Report Nos. 50-348/82-11 and 50-364/82-10
This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Mr. B. R. Crowley
of this office on April 13-16, 1982, of activities authorized by NRC License
Nos. NPF-2 and NPF-8 for the Farley facility and to the discussion of our
findings held with Mr. J. A. Woodard, Assistant Plant Manager, at the conclu-
sion of the inspection.
Areas examined during the inspection and cur findings are discussed in the
enclosed inspection report.
Within these areas, the inspection consisted of
selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with
personnel, and observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations cr deviations were disclosed.
We have examined actions you have taken with regard to previously identified
enforcement matters and unresolved items. The status of these items is discussed
in the enclosed report.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a copy of this letter and the enclosure will
be' placed in the NRC's Public Document Room unless you notify this office, by
telephone, within ten days of the date of this letter and submit written appli-
cation to withhold information contained therein within thirty days of the date
of this letter.
