This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Mr. G. F. Itaxwell of
this office on 11 arch 20 - April 20,1982, of activitics authorized by fiRC
Construction Pemit tios. CPPR-158 and CPPR-159 for the Shearon Harris facility
and to the discussion of our findings held with !!r. R.11. Parsons, Project
General flanager, at the conclusion of the inspection.
Areas examined during the inspection and our findings are discussed in the
enclosed inspection report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of
selective exa;ninations of procedures and representative records, interviews with
i
personnel, and observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations or deviations were disclosed.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a copy of this letter and the enclosure will
be placed in the fiRC's Public Document Room unlest you notify this office, by
telephone, within ten days of the date of this letter and submit written appli-
cation to withhold information contained therein within thirty days of the date
of this letter.
