JOSEPH M. FARLEY NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 1 NARRATIVE

SUMMARY

OF OPERATIONS APRIL, 1982 There were two (2) automatic shutdowns in the month of April.

The following safety-related maintenance was performed in the month of April:

1. Performed miscellaneous maintenance on diesel generators.
2. Replaced packing on #5 and #10 river water pumps.
3. Installed new pump assembly on IA Service Water Pump.
4. Unclogged Boron Injection Tank recircuiation pump discharge drain lines,
5. Replaced and rewired river water B train strainer auto blowdown valve.
