SUMMARY
OF OPERATIONS APRIL, 1982 There were two (2) automatic shutdowns in the month of April.
The following safety-related maintenance was performed in the month of April:
- 1. Performed miscellaneous maintenance on diesel generators.
- 2. Replaced packing on #5 and #10 river water pumps.
- 3. Installed new pump assembly on lA Service Water Pump.
- 4. Unclogged Boron Injection Tank recirculation purp discharge drain lines.
- 5. Replaced and rewired river water B train strainer auto blowdown valve.
