FIRST INTERIM REPORT Description of Deficiency The last two revisions (R4 and RS) of the auxiliary feedwater system design criteria diagram were not squadchecked by the appropriate organizations as required by TVA's Division of Engineering Design engineering procedure EN DES-EP 3.09, section 5. ?.3 Revision 4 of the design criteria included significant changes.

Interim Progress TVA's Division of Engineering Design will request a review of revisions 4 and 5 from the appropriate organizations.
