Dear Mr. Stolz:
On December 2,1981, the NRC published (Federal Register, Volume 46, Number 231, pages 58484-58486) the Final Interim Requirements Related to Hydrogen Control to be effective as of January 4,1982. These requirements are contained in 10CFR50.44.(C)(3)(ii) and (iii). Florida Power Corporation (FPC) is very concerned l about hydrogen control in the reactor coolant system and thus has been assessing
, the impact of the subject item and its potential benefits in maintaming adequate core cooling. To assist us in this assessment and as required by the Freedom of
- Information Act, Title 5, United States Code, Section 552 (5USC552), please f forward a list of all documents utilized in the development and review of comments of that part of 10CFR50.44(c)(3)(iii) that deals with high point vents for
[ the reactor vessel head.
Within thirty (30) days of receipt of this information, FPC will request any specific documents that will aid us in our assessment.
