The data from these tests is analyzed by the Startup Group, with assis-l 21 tance from SCE&G Nuclear Engineering, Gilbert, Wes ti ngh ou se, or other consultants, as needed, to determine that the acceptance criteria have been met.

The test procedure, test data, and evaluation become part of the plant documentation as described in Section 17.2.17.

The testing program and procedures are further described in Chapter 14

The SCE&G QA organization conducts audits and surveillance at the Virgil h

C. Summer Nucicar Station to assure the continued existence and proper implementation of the testing procedures.

17.2.11.3 Testing During Power Operations 1 *4 The Manager, Virgil C. Sunuser Nuclear Station, is responsible for developing a test program which demonstrates the continued acceptability and operability of the Virgil C. Sunuser Nuclear Station without endangering the health of safety of the public.
