Dear Ms. Dorsey:
ll This is in partial response to your letter dated October 13,1981, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a copy of each and every document to, from, or routed through the Nuclear Regulatory Comission, regarding, relating or referring in any way to the scope of the Probabilistic Risk Assessment for the Limerick Generating Station, Units 1 and 2 (Docket Nos. 50-352 and 50-353).
In response to your request, copies of the documents listed on Appendix A hereto, are enclosed. These documents have not been previously made available to the public.
It is NRC practice to routinely place documents in the NRC's Public Document Room located at 1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, D.C., for public inspection and copying.
We have been advised that other documents.
on the subject of your interest are on file there.
The char reproducing records located in the PDR is five cents ($0.05)ge for per page, as specified in 10 CFR 9.14(a).
Copies of these documents can be purchased by writing directly to the PDR.
Upon yoar agreement to pay the raproduction charges, the PDR will arrange for the records to be reproduced by Literature Research Company, a private reproduction contractor servicing the PDR.
You will be billed by Literature Research Company for the reproduction charges, plus tax and postage.
We are continuing our search for any other documents which may be subject to your request, and we will write you again when our search is completed.
