The Reliability and Risk Assessment Branch has reviewed the Probabilistic Risk Assessment for Limerick, Units 1 and 2, and finds the study acceptable for docketing. During our review, it was noted that the applicant did not address our previous request for property damage consequences and sensitivity studies for latent cancer and property damage to allow comparison with WASH-1400 results based on design and site differences only.
In addition, failure probebilities should be added to the fault trees to permit identifi-cation of najor contributors to system unavailabilities. This additional information is required bafore we can initiate our review.
