STAFF POSITION ON BRUNSWICK, UNIT 2 PARTIAL SCRAM EVENT The Reactor Systems Branch has completed its review of the February 24, 1981 partial scram event at Brunswick, Unit 2.
Enclosed is a review of the events, how it applies to a scram discharge volume with " poor" hydraulic coupling and staff position regarding the event.
