Dear Mr. Youngblood:

Our office has been conferring with Environment Consultants, Inc., for a considerable period of time about the May House, a property acquired q'

by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Cor=:dssion and located near the Comanche Peak Project. We have been unable to resolve the question of eligibility, j

so we request that documentation for a determination of eligibility be forwarded to the Secretary of the Interior and to us.

We will forward to l

you and to the Secretary the SHPO's opinion on eligibility. Once this is resolved the compliance process can proceed.
