Thfs transmits the findings of the routine resident safety inspection by
Messrs. C. J. Cmtgill and A. R. Blough on March 10 - April 20,1982 at the
Peach Botton Atonic Powr Station, Delta, Pennsylvania. These findings
Were based en observation of activities, interviews, ceasureecnts, and
docurent reviews, and have been discussed with Mr. W. T. Ullrich of your

in accordance with 10 CFR 2 Appendix C and Federal Register Hotice 47FP,9987
(March 9,1932). A reply is required and should be prepared in accordance with
Appendix A.
It need not address Violations A. 2 and A.6 and is excr:pt from the
/ffice of Itana9e~cnt and Budget's clearance procedures under the Paperwork
Reduction Act of 1960, FL 96-511.
In accordance with 10 CTR 2.790(a), a copy of this letter and enclosures will

telephone, within ten days of the date of this letter and subnit written
