Reportable Occurrence Report R0-369/82-25 nas to have been submitted by April 16, 1982. This 30 day reportable occurrence (per T.S.6.9.1.13) concerns T.S.3.4.7.2,
" Reactor Coolant System leakage shall be limited to:...", which was violated on March 18, 1982._ At this time, the investigation and preparation of a report for this incident has not been completed. The complete report will be submitted by April 30, 1982.
