,y EQUIPMENT REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Joseph H. Farley Unit No. I and No. 2 On January 19 and February 1,1982 we requested additional infomation concerning the Enyfronmental Qualification (EQ) of Safety-Related Electrical t
Equipmeht for Unit I and Unit 2, respectively. Our contractor (Franklin Research Center) identified infomation, in most cases referenced from your submittals, which we need in order to complete our review. This request is a supplement to the January 19 and February 1,1982 letters.
We request that you supply the infomation shown on Enclosure 1 for Unit I and Enclosure 2 for Unit 2 within 30 days of the date of this letter.
Please send a full submittal to Franklin Research Center (address in Enclosure) and only the cover letter to us. Address the letter to S. Varga, Chief, Operating Reactors Branch No.1.
Please contact your Project Manager for further assistance in this regard.
This request for information was approved by the Office of Management and Budget under clearance number 3150-0055 5;hich expires May 31, 1983 Sincerely.

FARLEY NUCLEAR PLANT, UNIT No.1 This request for additional information is the result of an evaluation of the information provided by APCo letters dated April 29, 1980 and August 25, 1981. This request is a supplement to our January 19, 1982 letter. Please provide the following information to:

Reference 4 does not provide adequate detail with respect to identification of TMI Action Plan equipment installed as of 1/1/81.

Identification of TMI Action Plan equipment installed with implementation dates after 1/1/81 is requested.
b.
The correlation of the equipment items identified with the specific sections of NUREG-0737 [6] presented below is requested.
