steps you have taken to correct the violations concerning activities under NRC
Construction Permit No. CPPR-144 brought to your attention in our letter of
January 19, 1982.
We will examine your corrective actions and plans during
subsequent inspections.
Based on the additional information provided in your letter of March 11, 1982, we
agree with your discussion regarding item B.
There was no violation of
Appendix B requirements. Our records will be amended to reflect the above.
