I Appendix NOTICE OF VIOLATION Consumers Power Company Docket No. 50-255 As a result of the inspection conducted on February 1-5, 8-12 and 16-26, 1982, and in accordance with the Interim Enforcement Policy, 45 FR 66754 (October 7, 1980), the following violation was identified:

Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 20.408(b) requires licensees to report individual employee exposure information to the Commission within 30 days of determination, or within 90 days of employee termination; which-ever is earlier.

Part 19.13(d) requires licensees to provide the same information contained in reporting under 20.408 to the individual, with information transmittal not later than the transmittal to the Commission.

Contrary to the above, neither the Commission nor the individual were provided the report on exposure for an individual who terminated on October 24, 1981, until after February 12, 1982; a period in excess of 90 days.

This is a Severity Level VI violation (Supplement IV.F).

The inspection showed that action had been taken to correct the identifled item of noncompliance and to prevent recurrence. Consequently, no reply to this item of noncompliance is required and we have no further questions regarding this matter.
