On February 13, 2020, NRC provided the third audit summary (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML20031D601) associated with Framatome high thermal performance fuel license amendment. In this audit summary, we noticed an error in one of the following sentences in 3rd paragraph of Section 4.2.5, Mixed Batches of Fresh Fuel (SNPB RAI-25):
Nevertheless, precisely because the possibility of such applications was envisioned, these methods do not contain explicit prohibitions against application to cores with mixed batches of fresh fuel.
The above sentence should be corrected as follows:
