In discussions with nenbers of your staff, we have agreed that equipment installation will begin on April S,1982.

Please grant the follo.fing individuals access to the Rancho Seco plant, for the perio 1 of April 5 through April 11, 1982 for the purpose of Ef!I equipnent testing.
