W BELLEFONTE NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AND 2 - ITT GRINNEL WELDED SUPPORTS -
NCR BLN BLP 8002 - FIFTH INTERIM REPORT.
The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IF. Inspector R. W.
Wright on September 5,1980, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e). This was followed by our interim reports dated October 3, 1980, January 22,
-April 29, and October 21, 1981. TVA's contractor, ITT Grinnell, is revising the detail sheets on the affected hangers. Grinnell is 90 percent complete in their revision work. TVA is reviewing the detail sheets as Grinnell submits them and, when approved, releasing them to TVA's Division of Construction for inspection of fabricated welds. We expect to submit our next report by July 13, 1982.
