Virgil C. Sumer Nuclear Station Docket No. 50/395 Sneak Circuit Analysis of Icad Sequencer SER Licensing Condition 1.8.23
Dear Mr. Denton:
South Carolina Electric and Gas Ccmpany (SCE&G) acting for itself and as agent for South Carolina Public Service Authority herein responds to the comnitment, made in its letter dated April 28, 1981, to perform a sneak circuit analysis of the ESF load sequencer.
In the attached report from Boeing Aerospace Ccmpany, the ESF load sequencer was found to be free of sneak circuits, thereby necessitating no hardware nodifications. All analysis findings are reported and have been resolved in a responsive manner, leaving no residual concerns.
This transmittal provides the information necessary to resolve SER Licensing Condition 1.8.23.
If you have any questions, please let us know.
Very truly yours, l
I v
