DPR-6 for the Big Rock Point Plant. This anendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application dated September 18, 1981, as supplemented January 29, 1982, and !! arch '10,1982.
The amendment approves Technical Specification changes which revise the present reactor vessel pressure-temperature limits. One part of these revised limits, the lower temperature limit for criticality, deviates from the requirements of Appendix G to 10 CFR Part 50. We have evaluated the justification for the exenption and have found it acceptable. Therefore, we have also issued the enclosed Exemption to Section IV.A.2.c of Appendix G to CFR Part 50 as requested in your letter dated March 10, 1982. This exemption is being forwarded to the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
Our Safety Evaluation Report in support of this amendment and the Notice l
of Issuance for this amendment are also enclosed.
