.x Dy letter of November 3,1981 (No. 754) Toledo Edison Company proposed' an amendment to Facility Operating License No. NPF-3 for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit No.1. The proposed amendment would revise the Industrial Security Plan, AD 1808.00 The proposed amendment was submitted for NRC review and approval in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p).
Additional infomation regarding the proposed amendment.was submitted by Toledo Edison Company letter dated February 16,1982 (No. 782).
We have completed our review of the proposed revisions and have detemined that the effectiveness of the Industrial Security Plan will mot be decreased by the proposed revisions. Therefore, an amendnent to license l
NPF-3 is not required.
