Dear Mr. Clark:
Subject:
NUREG-0737, Tasks II.K.2.17 and II.K.3.30 NUREG-0737, " Clarification of TMI Action Plan Requirements," identified certain concerns for which the Commission required additional evalu-ation.
For two of these concerns, Task II.K.2.17, " Potential for Void-ing in the Reactor Coolant System During Transients," and Task II.K.3.30,
" Revised Small Break Loss of Coolant Accident Methods," Omaha Public Power District is participating in a Combustion Engineering Owners Group (CE0G) effort.
In our letter to the Commission dated December 31, 1981, the District indicated tnat these analyses would be provided to the Commission by March 31, 1982. The CE0G response to Item II.K.3.30 is applicable to the Fort Calhoun Station and was forwarded to the Com-mission by a letter dated March 31, 1982 from K Baskin of Southern California Edison.
The CE0G response to Item II.K.2.17 has not been received by the District; therefore, the District's response to this item will be delayed. The District will forward our response to Item II.K.2.17 by April 9, 1982.
