Attached are miscellaneous changes to the Proof and Review Copy of the Technical Specifications for the Virgil C. Stminer Nuclear Station.
'Ihe following is a brief explanation of the reasons for the requested changes:
PAGE EXPIRIATIOJ 3/4 1-18 OIANNEL FUNCTIONAL TEST is no longer defined in Section 1.0 and therefore should be changed to ANAIOG GIANNEL OPERATIORL TEST.

'Ihe response times of the Engineered Safety Features thru in Table 3.3-5 were reviewed. As a result, several 3/4 3-4 changes were made to e arify or correct the response

'Ihe arithmetical average of these tmperatures will better represent the contaiment average air tmperature.
