Description of Deficiency
' This deficiency concerns 1-and 1/2-inch globe valves which are installed in the Auxiliary Feedwater System in accordance with design drawings I
( 3BWO418-CA - series). The weight and end-to-end dimensions of those valves exceeded the system piping seismic analysis limits of design drawings 3BA0005-00-01 and 3BA0006-00-1 (typical drawing).
Interim Progress TVA has identified replacement valves that will meet the design i
e parameters of 3BA0005-00-1 and 3BA0006-00-1. The following drawings l
have been revised for unit 1-J 1.
Auxiliary Feedwater System drawings 3BWO418-CA-01 through -06
\\
l 2.
NAVC0 drawings A-8526 through A-8535, A8546, A-8547, and A-8549 3
Design criteria diagram 3BWO618-CA-01 4
TVA will revise the unit 2 drawings to reflect the correct valve weights and lengths.
