This refers to the routine resident safety inspection by Mr. J. P. Durr on

February 1 - 28, 1982 at the Limerick Generating Station, Limerick, Pennsylvania.
'
The inspection consisted of document reviews, interviews, and observation of
activities, and the results have Deen discussed with Messrs. P. K. Pavlides and
J. M. Corcoran of your staff.
An apparent violation of NRC requirements is cited in Appendix A and categorized
by level in accordance with Federal Register Notice 45FR66754 (October 7,1980).
A reply is required and should be prepared in accordance with Appendix A.
It is
exempt from the Office of Management and Budget's clearance procedures under the
Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980, PL 96-511.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a copy of this letter and the enclosures will
be placed in the NRC Public Document Room unless you notify this office, by tele-
!
phone, within ten davs of the date of this letter and submit written application
to withhold infomation contained therein within thirty days of the date of this
l
letter.
Such application must be consistent with the requirements of 2.790(b)(1).
The telephone notification of your intent to request withholdin9, or any request
fer an extension of the 10 day period which you believe necessary, should be made
