Our review of the evacuation time estimate study for the area near the Hatch Plant, submitted in your letter of May 8,1981 found the sub-mittal to be adequate; however, we identified one area where additional information is required.
Reference was made to consultation with State and local officials, but no indication is made to their having reviewed the study.
Please have the study reviewed by State and local agencies if not already done, and provide copies of their comments to the Emergency Preparedness Licensing Branch, DEP, 0IE.
Please submit the information within 30 days of receipt of this letter.
