In accordance with your application dated February 9,1982, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Item 9 of Special Nuclear Material License No. SNM-1107 is hereby amended to include the -

date of February 9,1982, to authorize the movement of thirteen (13) non-Westinghouse UF6 cylinders without valve covers from the UF6 storage pad to the vaporizers in the Manufacturing Building.

All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.

Enclosed for information is a copy of our safety evaluation report (SER).
