During. surveillance of cireciating water discharge terparature, it was discovered that the texperature at the coint of discharge ex-ceeded 103*P.

Circulsting water flow was increased by starting Decay Hea. Seawater Pusps RWP-3A and 3Dr Units 1 and 2 load was reduced by 100 m,.

Tenperature ceraained greater than IC3*r f rc.v.

This created an ever.t cor.-

trary to Enviro:nsntal Technical Specification 2.1.2 and reportable under Environt ental Technical Specification 5.2.2(A).

A detailed report of this event will follow within fifteen (15) days.
