.i The End of Cycle (EOC) 15 Refueling Outage began March 5,1993, and -

continued until July 21,1993. The Reactor was started up at 1753 on July 21,1993; however, due to flooding concerns in areas around the plant on the Missouri River, the Reactor was shut down on-July 23,1993. f No electricity was generated. State emergency agencies could not ] .

support a potential emergency at the plant while the emergency flood : j conditions existed for the nearby areas. After the flood emergency situation was under control by state and local authorities and they were - -l capable of plant emergency support, plant startup commenced at 2331 ~  !
