_The first enclosure is a copy of a facsimile received by the NRC staff from the Netherlands and consists of: ~(1) a report regarding European experierce with N-16 reactor trip signals for steam generator tube rupture (SGTR).

accidents, (2) a flowchart in Gernan regarding SGTR, and (3) the cover page of an International Atomic Energy Agency report on the same subject. These documents were requested during a meeting with the Reactor Systems Branch on

June 15 and 16, 1993.

The second enclosure consists of a repori,' published by Greenpeace Interna-tional entitled, " Vessel Head Penetration Cracking;in Nuclear Reactors." The i

Greenpeace report was requested during a meeting with the Materials and Chemical Engineering Branch on June _22,1993.
