Babcock & Wilcox Financial Assurance Documentation Dated June 28,1993
Dear Mr. Greeves:
In the referenced documentation, we have discovered the " Schedule Reconciling Amounts Contained in the Chief Financial Officer's Letter with Amounts in the Financial Statements" had a format error in line three that occurred when setting up the schedule for displaying the dollar values.
With reference to Line three, the Tangible Net Worth of $807,733,000 was not displayed and has been corrected on the revised schedule. Please replace the original schedule sent out with the June 28th submittal.
We also inadvertently did not include the attachments referred to on Attachment I to the Chief Financial Officer letter regarding the Financial Test. Those letters are included with this transmittal to complete the financial assurance documentation.
