SUMMARY
MONTH: June 1993 Catawba Unit 1 began the month of June operating at 100% full power. The unit started a power e
decrease on 6/5 at 0100 and held at 30% power from 0710 to 6/6 at 0312 for feedwater chemistry due to a condenser tube leakage. The unit increased power and held at approximately 40% power from 0716 to 1255 for condenser tube leakage repair. The unit was retumed to 100% full power on 6/7 at 0145. The unit star 1ed a power decrease on 6/9 at 0539 and held at 32% power from 1300 to 1921 for feedwater chemistry due to a condenser tube leakage. The unit increased power and held at approximately 40%
power from 2145 to 6/10 at 0218 for condenser tube leakage repair. The unit was retumed to 100% full power on 6/10 at 1630. The unit started a power decrease on 6/12 at 0000 to take the unit off-line. The unit was off-line from 6/12 at 1003 to 6/24 at 2244 for expansion joint leakage repair. The unit was retumed to 100% full power on 6/27 at 0350. The unit operated at or near 100% full power for the remainder of the month.
