TERMINATION REQUEST BY THE STATE IDAHO OF THE 274b. AGREEMENT t
On April 5, 1991,-State Programs staff received a call from Mr. Chuck Moss, Idaho Budget Director, indicating that he had discussed with Governor Andrus the March 25, 1991 letter returning the Idaho 274b.
Agreement.
Mr. Moss verified that it is the intent of the Governor _to terminate the 274b. Agreement. The attached letter to Mr. Donovan was dispatched on April 5,1991 regarding files transfer and other requirements. Dr. John Montgomery, Deputy Regional Administrator, Region IV, was notified of the call.
A Comission Paper on the termination of the Agreement with Idaho-i will be sent shortly.
