l At the beginning of the Custodial-SAFSTOR, the CM will assume the AGM responsibilities. During the Deferred-DECON, the licensee i

expects to use a decommissioning operations contractor (DOC). The Plant Review Committee (PRC) will monitor the decommissioning, to ensure that operations are performed safely. Members of the PRC will meet or exceed the minimum qualifications for education, training, and experience, as defined in " Selection and Training of Nuclear Power Plant Personnel," American National Standards Institution (ANSI) Committee N18, Design Criteria for Nuclear Power Plants, ANSI N18.1-1971, Sections 4.2 or 4.4 [Ref. 16].

Further, the Management Safety Review Committee (MSRC) will provide independent review and audit of decommissioning activities involving special nuclear materials, radioactive materials, radioactive controls, procedures, records, reportable occurrences, and changes made in accordance with 10 CFR 50.59. MSRC members will meet or exceed the minimum qualifications of "Section, Qualifications, and l

Training of Personnel for Nuclear Power Plants," ANSI /ANS 3.1-1981, i

Section 4.7.2 [Ref. 17].
