BRANCH REVIEW 0F THE MINOR AMENDMENTS RULEMAKING I am enclosing the draft final rulemaking package on Physical' Security Minor Amendments for your review and comment. The package consists of the following documents:
1.
Transmittal memo f rom E. S. Beckjord to J. M. Taylor, 2.
Federal Register notice (Note: we will change the RES contact),
3.
Weekly Staff Note to the Commission, 4.
Notice of ED0 approval for the Commission, and 5.
Congressional letters.
DRA/RES will prepare the final package for office concurrence if there are no major comments from SGTR/NMSS.
In case your review. indicates that additional effort is required before the rulemaking could be finalized,. I understand-that SGTR/NMSS will provide that' effort as decided in the Burnett/ Morris meeting on November 26.
