SUMMARY
MAY. 1993 Oyster Creek entered May operating at full power.
On May 8, power was reduced to perform the Main Steam Isolation Valve full closure surveillance. The plant returned to full power at 2100 hours0.0243 days <br />0.583 hours <br />0.00347 weeks <br />7.9905e-4 months <br /> the same day. On May 19, power was reduced by 5% for two hours due to an inadvertent scram of control rod 18-31. After the rod was restored, the plant returned to full power. The plant maintained full power operation for the remainder of the month.
