Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Reactor Containment Building Integrated Leak Rate Test Pursuant to 10CFR50, Appendix J, Section V.B and the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Technical Specifications 4.5.1 and 6.9.3.b, enclosed is a summary.
technical report entitled "Peactor Containment Building Integrated Leak Rate Test, Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station, January 1993". This report contains the methodology utilized to perform the primary containment Type A test. The results of the test were satisfactory.
The report also includes the results of Type B and C local leak rate tests performed since refueling outage 12R, and the results of secondary containment capability testing performed in accordance with Technical Specification 4.5.K.4.
