I am responding to your letter of March Bi 1990, regardin request for-information on existing low-level waste (LLW)g Ms. Gail Cumins' disposal facilities such as the one now being considered for location in North Carolina.

are referred to as Agreement States. All operating-and inactive comercial disposal facilities are located in Agreement States.
Therefore, NRC does not' possess some of the detailed information requested by Ms. Cumins.
