BRUNSWICK STEAM ELECTRIC PLANT REQUALIFICATION EXAMINATION REPORT -
50-325/0L-90-01 The NRC administered examinations during the weeks of April 30 and May 7, 1990, to employees of your company who currently hold licenses to operate j
the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant. At the conclusion of the site visit, preliminary findings on the operating tests were discussed with those merbers of your staff identified in the Examination Report, Enclosure 1.
A table summarizing the examination results for each examined individual is provided in Enclosure 2.
Copies of the written examination and answer key are included in this report as Enclosure 3.
A Regt.alification Program Evaluation Report is included as Enclosure 4 This evaluation finds the Brunswick Requalification Program to be unsatisfactory.
Your attention is invited to the findings in the Examination Report which indicate weaknesses in the areas of operator performance and training. As stated in Confirmation of Action Letter 90-01, these areas must be addressed in a corrective action plan to be entered into your Integrated Action Plan by June 30, 1990.
A Simulator Fidelity Report is provided in this report as Enclosure 5.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a copy of this letter and Enclosures 1, 3, 4, and 5 will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room. is exempt from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR'2.790(a) and will not be sent to the Public Document Room.
