SUBJECT:
REQUALIFICATION RETAKE EXAMINATION REPORT 321/0L-90-02 On April 11, 1990, the NRC administered an examination to an employee of your company who currently holds a license to operate your E. I. Hatch Nuclear Plant.
At the conclusion of the examination, the preliminary findings were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the examination report,.
This examination was a retake of the NRC administered requalification examination for the individual who previously failed the examination given during tM weeks of September 11 and 25,1989.
A Simulation Facility Fidelity Report is provided in this report as.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a copy of this letter and its enclosures will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.
