Mr. J. Shediosky and Ms. A. Asars of this office during the period March 28 to
May 8, 1990 at the Haddam Neck Plant, Haddam Neck, Connecticut of activities-
authorized by NRC License No. DPR-61 and to the discussions of our findings by
