By letter dated January 9, 1989, you submitted an application for amend-ment requesting that Operating Licenses DPR-29 and DPR-30 for Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station, Units 1 and 2, be retyped.
By telephone call on May 30, 1990, you withdrew the application. We have filed the enclosed, " Withdrawal of Application for Amendments to facility Operating Licenses" granting the withdrawal, with the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
