CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION FOR AMENDMENT REQUEST DATED MARCH 30, 1990 By letter dated March 30, 1990, TUEC requested an amendment to License No.
SNM-1986 to authorize organizational changes and a procedural change in the handling of fuel assemblies. These changes will not adversely effect the public health and safety or the environment. Accordingly, pursuant to 10 CFR 51.22(c)(11), neither an Environmental Assessment nor an Environmental Impact Statement is warranted for the proposed action.
