During the week of April 10, 1990, the NRC administered
examinations to employees of your company who had applied for
licenses to operate the Seabrook Nuclear Station.
All candidates

passed the examinations and were issued licenses.
At the conclusion of the examinations, the preliminary findings
were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the
enclosed report.
