This letter refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by R. A. McBrearty
of this office on April 2-6, 1990. Mr. McBrearty discussed the findings of the
inspection with Mr. R. Lisens of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
The inspection covered activities authorized by NRC License No. DPR-59.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the NRC Region I-
Inspection Report which is enclosed with this letter. Within these areas, the.
inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative
records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection,.no violations were observed.
