' Catawba Unit 1 began the month of April shut'down for its End Of-i Cycle
'4' refueling outage. Theunitwaslplacedonlineat'1210oni 1 04/25?for turbine overspeed test.
The' test was completed atl2214 onn o
04/25. The unit was : returned on-line at 0025' on 04/26-to end the. EOC!

'4' refuelihg outage.
During the. subsequent power. increase, the unit was held at 30% power from 0930: on 04/26 to 0415Lon' 04/27 for steam
^
generator secondary side boron hot soak.
Duiing this time, core flux-1 mapping and feedwater open loop testing were also completed.
The. unit Jo was next held at.33% power'from 0621 to 1100'on 04/27 for feedwater:
storage tank makeup; A power hold for. flux mapping took1 place at 35%
power from-1315 to 1353;on 04/27.; EThe next power hold ~for the unit I
took place.at :75% power from 1030!to 1730 on-04/28 for flux-mapping and' P
s-feedwater open loop testing. After increasing power toL95% power.1the unit was held from'0330 -to '1230 on 04/29 for nuclear instrumentation,
calibration.
The unit reached 100% full power at'1720 on"04/29, and.
operated at 100% full power l for the remainder of the month.
