SUBJECT:
REQUALIFICATION EXAMINATION REPORT 413/0L-90-01 On March 27 and 28, 1990, the NRC administered examinations to employees of your company who currently hold licenses'to operate your Catawba Nuclear Station.
At tne conclusion of the examination, the preliminary findings were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the enclosed report. A table i
summarizing the examination results for each examined individual is provided in Enclosure 2.
i These examinations were a retake of the NRC administered requalification
. examination for those individuals who previously failed the examination given j
the weeks of August 24 and September 4, 1989.
1 In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a copy of this letter and Enclosures 1, 3, and 4 will be placed in NRC's Public Document Room.
