The Commission has issued the enclosed Order confirming the Sacramento Municipal Utility District's (SMUD) commitment not to move new or spent fuel into the Reactor Building without prior NRC approval.
The order references a SMUD letter dated November 29, 1989, which proposed to modify the license to include a condition prohibiting the movement of new or spent fuel into the Reactor Building without prior NRC approval and a meeting between the licensee and the NRC on January 24, 1990, during which SMUD com-mitted to not move fuel into the reactor buildir,g without NRC approval.
A copy of this order is being filed with the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
