UNIMPLIMENTED UNRESOLVED SAFETY ISSUES AT SEABROOK STATION On March 29, 1990 a letter with the above noted subject was issued with incorrect or incomplete information in the enclosure to the letter. Therefore this letter is being issued to correct the matter; however, the transmitted letter remains unchanged and is repeated here for your information.
On October 19, 1989 thestaffissuedGenericLetter(GL)8921whichrequested i
information concerning the status of implementation of unresolved safety issues (US1s)atyourfacility.
Based on your response to this GL, datea December 11, 1989, our review of Agency records and discussion between your staff and the NRC Project Manager, the NRC staff has compiled the enclosed list representing our assessment of USl implementation. These'results were presented to the Commission at a meeting on February 14, 1990.
